ORDERING SPARE PARTS

Want to get going quickly? Use the form below to order spare parts, even when our spare parts department is unattended, e.g. in the evening or at weekends. To make sure we can help you as quickly as possible, please don’t forget to fill in the information from the data plate (is it an order number or a serial number?)

    CLAIMS REPORT

    Complete all of the relevant fields in the report. Fields marked with a * must always be completed. Check all of the information, and then click on the Send button at the bottom of the form to send the report to Sörling.

    You will then receive a confirmation by email, with a case reference number that you can quote in any subsequent correspondence.

    N.B. Complaints about axles and brake systems from SAF or BPW should be submitted directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their instructions.

      I have received invoiced spare parts. If the complaint is approved, please issue a credit note for the following invoice (enter invoice no. below):

      Sent parts should be labeled with the case reference number that you received in the confirmation email after submitting the report. N.B. If the complaint is not approved, sent parts will be returned ONLY if this is specifically requested in the complaint report. They will otherwise be scrapped immediately.
